  • Forfeit any associated accounts
  • Report fraudulent disputes to payment processors
  • Provide evidence to financial institutions
  • Pursue recovery of funds and associated administrative costs

6. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Device incompatibility
  • User error
  • Failure to meet evaluation criteria
  • Loss of simulated account due to rule violations

Users are responsible for ensuring they meet technical requirements before purchasing.

7. Abuse Prevention

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

  • Multiple purchase/refund attempts
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Platform misuse
  • Attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities
