These Terms of Service, presented by Voltara LLC (VoltaraFunding) (referred to as"Company" or "VoltaraFunding"), govern the use of services provided on the website of VoltaraFunding, and establish the rules and responsibilities pertaining to you (referred to
as a "Counterparty", "Customer", "Trader") for the use of services provided by us.

By accessing this website and using the information, tools, and services provided, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

By using this website or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you may not access or use the website or services.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in regions where our services are legally available. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria. If you are under 18 or located in a country where our services are restricted by law, you are prohibited from using them.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

As of now, residents of the following countries and territories are not permitted to access VoltaraFunding’s trading platform:

Afghanistan, Barbados, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan,Syria, Venezuela, Yemen.

NONE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE COMPANY CAN BE CONSIDERED INVESTMENT SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE OR PROVIDE TO YOU ANY GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW OR IN WHICH MANNER YOU SHOULD PERFORM TRANSACTIONS WHEN USING THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR INFORMATION ABOUT THE INVESTMENT TOOLS TRADED, NOR DOES THE COMPANY ACCEPT ANY SUCH GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATION FROM YOU.

NONE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. NO EMPLOYEES, STAFF, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. SHOULD ANY INFORMATION OR STATEMENT OF ANY EMPLOYEE, STAFF, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMPANY BE INTERPRETED AS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS, THE COMPANY EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS THAT THE SAME IS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.

Third-Party Access

We may occasionally grant third-party access to the website for maintenance, troubleshooting, or infrastructure support. These access rights are monitored and removed once the work is complete.

Payments and Refunds

All payments made on our platform are final and non-refundable, as services are delivered immediately upon purchase. Registration fees grant you access to the VoltaraFunding platform, models, and services. No refunds will be issued for any service offered by VoltaraFunding

1. Online Registration Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or you have obtained permission for any minor dependents to use this site. You must not use our services for any illegal purposes or violate any laws applicable to you. Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of services

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks or adjusted to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or access to the Service without our written permission.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

The services provided are intended solely for the use of the client and may not be accessed, utilized, or acted upon by any other person, including family members or other individuals, on behalf of the client. Only the client is authorized to make decisions, initiate actions, or request services under this agreement. Any actions taken by individuals other than the client will be considered unauthorized and may result in termination of services or other appropriate measures.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, we are not responsible for incomplete or outdated information. Content on this site is provided for general information purposes and should not be solely relied upon for making decisions without consulting more accurate sources.

5. Products and Services

Each individual is allowed one registration. We reserve the right to limit sales of products or services based on geographic location or jurisdiction. We may also limit quantities or discontinueproducts and services at our discretion. All descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

5.1. Simulated Trading and Rewards Structure

All services offered by Voltara LLC (VoltaraFunding) involve simulated trading only. No real capital is traded at any point during the evaluation or funded phases. All trading activity takes place in a demo environment designed to replicate live market conditions as closely as possible, but without actual financial risk.

All rewards made by VoltaraFunding are based solely on performance within this simulated environment and are not tied to user deposits or any form of live market trading. These rewards are structured as performance-based rewards and do not reflect profits generated from real trading activity or investments made by participants.

VoltaraFunding does not accept deposits from users. Any fees paid to access programs are service fees and are utilized for operational and business expenses, including but not limited to staffing, technology infrastructure, platform maintenance, compliance, and other administrative or business-related costs. Such fees do not constitute deposits, investments, or funds held on behalf of users.

VoltaraFunding does not provide investment services, portfolio management, financial advice, brokerage services, custody, asset management, or act as an intermediary in relation to real financial markets or financial instruments.

VoltaraFunding does not hold, safeguard, manage, or handle client funds at any time, whether for trading, investment, or custody purposes.

Payout Discretion and Company Rights

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, all payouts, performance rewards, or any form of remuneration offered by VoltaraFunding are granted strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.

VoltaraFunding reserves the unrestricted right to delay, adjust, reduce, suspend, or refuse any payout request if, in its sole judgment, such payout:

is deemed to be contrary to the Company’s legitimate business interests;

may cause financial, operational, reputational, regulatory, structural, or commercial detriment to the Company;

arises from trading activity that the Company determines to be abusive, manipulative, exploitative, structurally disruptive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the evaluation model;

involves behavior that, while not explicitly prohibited, is deemed by the Company to undermine the integrity, sustainability, risk framework, or long-term viability of its business model.

The Company shall not be obligated to provide detailed reasoning for the refusal, adjustment, suspension, or delay of any payout where disclosure could compromise internal risk management processes, fraud prevention mechanisms, proprietary systems, compliance controls, or business strategy.

Participation in any program does not create a right, entitlement, vested interest, guarantee, or expectation of payment. All rewards remain conditional upon ongoing compliance with these Terms and the Company’s internal policies, whether published or unpublished.

By using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that payouts are not automatic and remain subject to final internal approval by the Company.

The Company’s determination regarding payout eligibility shall be final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5.2 Trading Platform Availability and Geographic Restrictions

VoltaraFunding offers access to trading platforms based on your region and applicable regulations. Metatrader and cTrader are not available to users located in the United States due to platform-specific restrictions and compliance considerations.

Any attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions — including but not limited to the use of VPNs, falsified personal or residence information, or accessing the platform through thirdparty accounts — is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate termination of services, permanent forfeiture of access, and disqualification from any rewards or future program participation.

It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure they are accessing the appropriate trading platform in accordance with their actual geographic location and local legal requirements.

VoltaraFunding does not offer services to residents of certain countries, as explicitly outlined in the Eligibility section of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order and may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing information provided.

You agree to provide accurate and current account, purchase, and payment information for all transactions. Please ensure your contact and payment details are kept up-to-date so we can process transactions and communicate with you as needed.

7. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor, control, or manage. You acknowledge that these tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions.

Your use of these optional tools is at your own risk and discretion. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms provided by the third-party providers before using such tools.

Any new features or services we may offer in the future will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

8. Third-Party Services

(a) Third-Party Links

Our Service may include links or content from third-party websites or services. These thirdparty links are provided for your convenience, but we do not review or endorse the content or accuracy of any third-party material.

(b) Compliance with Third-Party Providers

Our platform integrates with third-party providers to enhance functionality. You are required to comply with both our Terms of Service and the terms set by these third-party providers.

(c) Restrictions Due to Compliance Issues

If a third-party provider blocks or restricts your access due to compliance reasons (e.g., violations of laws or terms), we reserve the right to enforce similar restrictions on our platform without further explanation.

(d) Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Issues

We are not responsible for any issues, including downtime, errors, or disruptions, caused by third-party providers. These problems are outside of our control, and while we aim for a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

9. Risk Management and Compliance

Certain trading activities designed to exploit platform inefficiencies (e.g., gap trading, hedging, high-frequency trading, server spamming, latency arbitrage, hedge arbitrage) are prohibited.

Additionally, copy trading or account management by a third-party vendor will result in account termination. The use of third-party Expert Advisors is permitted only if they serve as trade or risk managers; otherwise, using such tools will violate our Terms and result in declined reward requests.

Additionally, the Customer is required to trade responsibly and must not misuse the Services by engaging in trades that disregard standard market risk management practices for financial markets. This includes, but is not limited to:

(i) opening significantly larger positions compared to the Customer’s other trades, whether on this or any other account;

(ii) opening a substantially higher or lower number of positions compared to the Customer’s other trades;

(iii) deliberately trading during news events.

We also conduct periodic risk assessments, which may include interviews to verify trading behavior. Non-compliance with these assessments may result in withholding remuneration or service termination.

Hedging across multiple accounts, whether between accounts under the same user or coordinated between different users, is strictly prohibited. This includes opening opposing or correlated positions intended to offset risk or manipulate exposure across accounts.

Cross-account correlation checks may be conducted periodically or at the time a payout is requested.

In cases where cross-account hedging is detected, any pending reward or payout will be withheld, and the involved parties will no longer be permitted to use our services.

Account Security and Monitoring

To ensure the integrity and security of our services, all user activity, including login and trading actions, is monitored for IP address consistency and geographic location.

Accounts displaying unusual or suspicious patterns will be flagged for review. The Company reserves the right to investigate and terminate services if misuse or deceptive practices are identified.

10. Personal Information

The submission of your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Accurate Information Requirement

By registering or using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal, billing, and residence information.

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent details will lead to immediate suspension of services and may result in further legal consequences.

VoltaraFunding reserves the right to verify all information provided and take necessary action if discrepancies are found.

11. Prohibited Uses

You are not allowed to use the site or its content for:
Any unlawful activity or solicitation
Violating local, national, or international regulations
Infringing intellectual property rights
Harassment, abuse, discrimination
Uploading harmful software
Spamming or phishing
Registering multiple accounts using different email addresses is not permitted.
Customers affiliated with proprietary trading firms are also prohibited from using our
platform.
Violation of these prohibitions will lead to termination of services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of our service is at your own risk.

The service and all related products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall Voltara LLC (VoltaraFunding), including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

Where liability limitations are restricted by law, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltara LLC (VoltaraFunding) and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms.

Any individual whose actions cause VoltaraFunding to incur economic losses will be held responsible.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

15. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail or are suspected to have failed to comply with any provisionof these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access without notice.

16. Disputes

Disputing an order payment harms the Company and its relationships with Payment Gateways.

According to our policy, we will ban accounts directly involved in a payment dispute.

Users involved in disputed transactions will not be eligible for further accounts with VoltaraFunding, and all active accounts may be closed.

17. Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms of Service, along with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in relation to the Service, represent the entire agreement and understanding between you and Voltara LLC (VoltaraFunding), governing your use of the Service and overriding any prior or concurrent agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the party responsible for drafting them.

The terms and conditions in effect at the time of your account creation or purchase will apply to your agreement with us. You also agree to be bound by any future versions of the terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically. 21. Applicable Law

Any legal relationships arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any related non-contractual obligations, shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In the event of a dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory arbitration provisions apply under applicable law.

22. Acknowledgment

By engaging in the services or products provided by Voltara LLC (VoltaraFunding), you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

23. Simulated Trading Accounts

Customers are provided with demo accounts containing simulated funds for their trading activities.

All Customer trading operations are conducted within a simulated environment. While the simulated environment is designed to closely replicate real market conditions, it remains a simulated trading experience.

No real capital is deployed on behalf of Customers.

24. Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

In compliance with applicable local and international regulations and laws, we require all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to receive rewards.

KYC verification is required prior to the first payout request and may be conducted through a trusted third-party provider.

You are solely responsible for any false information, fraudulent documentation, or attempts to deceive the verification system. Providing inaccurate or misleading information will result in immediate suspension and potential permanent termination.

25. Tax Reporting and Compliance

VoltaraFunding complies with applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements.

For individuals or entities classified as U.S. persons under IRS guidelines, we may require the submission of IRS Form W-9 prior to issuing any payments.

For users residing outside the United States, VoltaraFunding does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice. It is the sole responsibility of each user to report any income earned through VoltaraFunding in accordance with their local laws.

26. Appendices and Compliance

This document includes Appendix A (Responsible Trading) and Appendix B (Trading Rules), both of which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to the same rules and provisions outlined herein.

27. Processing Time References

All references to processing, review, or turnaround times (including but not limited to account reviews, verifications, platform activations, and customer support responses) are measured in business hours only.

Business hours are defined as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Appendix A – Responsible Trading

At VoltaraFunding, we are dedicated to maintaining a secure and reliable simulated trading environment that promotes responsible trading.

All trading activities carried out on simulated accounts must reflect legitimate, professional, and risk-managed behavior consistent with real-market conditions.

Traders are expected to uphold high levels of integrity and professionalism, employing sound risk management strategies at all times

You are required to avoid any form of:
Toxic trading
News trading (unless explicitly permitted in specific challenge models)
Manipulative strategies
Structural exploitation of platform mechanics
Unsustainable risk exposure

Cautious Trading

News trading is prohibited unless expressly permitted under a specific challenge model.

Intentionally engaging in prohibited news trading may result in account closure and payout denial.

Stacking of Positions

High-Frequency Trading
High-frequency trading (HFT) or behavior resembling HFT is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
Trades under one (1) minute duration
More than fourteen (14) trades within a single trading day
Breaches are determined based on repeated violations and overall trading behavior.
Automated systems (EAs, bots) are permitted only if they replicate human-like logic and risk management.
Latency exploitation, grid systems, and scalping algorithms are not allowed.

Effective Risk Management
Traders must avoid:
Overtrading
Excessive position sizing
Emotional recovery trading

If a position is already in drawdown, only one additional position may be opened on the same instrument at a worse price, and its lot size must not exceed the original position.

Opening multiple worsening positions constitutes excessive risk exposure and violates Responsible Trading Guidelines.

Holding simultaneous buy and sell positions on the same symbol is not permitted.

Regular Performance Evaluation
Traders are expected to regularly evaluate performance and adjust strategies responsibly.

Managing Capital and Protecting Profits

Traders should treat accounts as if managing personal capital, prioritizing capital preservation and sustainability

Compliance with Company Guidelines

Non-compliance may result in:
Account suspension
Account termination
Withheld performance fees
All account evaluations are conducted using UTC timezone
